Our Story
United Luv Project, Inc. is a nonprofit created by two brothers, one a graphic design artist (Ryan), and the other a business major (Dallas). Originally starting out as a T- shirt company, the vision quickly changed when Ryan was diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma at age 25.
Having spent a great deal of time in hospitals and cancer treatment centers, Ryan quickly learned that there were limited options to pass the time while undergoing treatments. He also realized how many people had to fight the battle alone. He wanted to allow those individuals to connect with friends and family and saw the iPad as the perfect tool.
In order to put Ryan’s vision into effect, the brothers decided to use the proceeds from apparel sales to purchase the iPads.
People were so inspired by United Luv’s mission, they not only wanted to buy T-shirts, they also wanted to make a monetary donation. In order to keep up with donations, United Luv applied for and earned a 501(c)3 nonprofit status, allowing supporters to make tax free donations.
On February 9, 2013, Ryan lost his battle with cancer. Although Ryan was not able to see the dream of United Luv come to fruition, his family is continuing his mission.

Our Partners
We Partner with Hospitals
United Luv works with hospitals, treatment centers, and care facilities across the country to identify patients in need. We coordinate directly with medical staff who understand where the iPads can do the most good—whether that’s a child in long-term oncology care, an adult in chemo, or someone recovering from surgery in isolation.

Once delivered, patients can use the iPads however they choose: to FaceTime with family, stream movies, listen to music, play games, or even research their condition. It’s a small but powerful way to bring joy, distraction, and connection during an incredibly hard time.
